Donald joined Onebright Mental Health as CEO in 2022 and moved into the Group CEO role in 2025 as a result of the Group’s expansion. Donald started his career as a corporate lawyer and subsequently took on leadership roles in banking and insurance services prior to joining Onebright Mental Health.

As Onebright Mental Health's Managing Director, Vicky is responsible for leading the executive team and ensuring the business delivers on its mission; to create a brighter tomorrow by ensuring easy access to personalised, life changing mental health support.

Dan is the Managing Director of Psicon and a consultant clinical psychologist specialising in neurodevelopmental conditions in children and younger people. Dan is responsible for driving the company’s vision and strategy, supporting Psicon’s senior management team to deliver on company business goals.

Simon is Prescriba’s Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience within the organisation. His career progression has included roles as Vice President, Digital Director, Director of Digital Concepts, and Project Manager. Simon's experience encompasses traditional counselling services, acute crisis management, preventative workplace interventions, and digital health solution development.

Martin is an experienced healthcare expert and commercial executive with a strong track record in the health insurance, and employee benefits sectors for more than 15 years. As Chief Commercial Officer, Martin leverages his strong foundation in consulting and strategic planning to co-create scalable, data-driven health propositions tailored to the needs of large corporates.

As Finance Director for Psicon, Louis is responsible for the financial administration of the business, including financial reporting, planning and analysis. He is part of the senior management team, driving and supporting the MD to develop and progress the company against targets.

Marianne is Chief Operating Officer at Prescriba and leads the Counselling Centre, focusing on improved quality, performance, employee engagement and efficiency. She is responsible for operations and ensures therapists perform therapy with both high client satisfaction and high improvement scores in relation to client health.

Kasper is Chief Mental Health Officer at Prescriba and has been working in various sectors within the healthcare industry for over 10 years. He is responsible for Prescriba's mental health strategy and the clinical quality of its products. Kasper’s leadership focuses on developing innovative assessment and treatment programs, continuously staying at the forefront of advancements in mental health and clinical care.

Shamira is Onebright Mental Health’s Chief Commercial Officer and has been working in mental health research and clinical practice for over 20 years. She is responsible for the commercial team’s sales and marketing strategy, providing mental health solutions, designing clinical pathways and building innovative evidence based mental health propositions.

Dorte has been Chief Financial Officer at Prescriba since 2021, driving the company’s financial strategy to support growth in the B2B healthcare market. Dorte has a strong track record in delivering accurate financial reporting, while ensuring transparency and compliance at scale and working closely with private equity owners to create value through operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives.

As Group Chief Strategy Officer, Ed is responsible for developing and executing Onebright Group’s long-term strategic priorities. He leads strategic growth, innovation and M&A activity across the group and works with leaders in each business to ensure we continue to innovate and evolve our services to remain at the forefront of our sector.

As Chief Technology Officer, Paco is responsible for delivering Onebright Mental Health’s vision to continuously innovate and facilitate our client journey to provide life changing therapy.

As Finance Director for Onebright Mental Health, Sarah is responsible for functions including financial reporting, planning and analysis and the financial administration of the business, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value creation and effective financial governance.

Louise joined Psicon in September 2018 and is a highly experienced professional with an extensive background within the management of private healthcare settings. She has a specialist interest in human resources, business development and quality improvement.

As Chief Clinical Officer Professor Spada leads and oversees the delivery and governance of Onebright Mental Health’s clinical services. His role enables Onebright Mental Health to continue to improve access to and outcomes from existing clinical pathways as well as drive the development of new specialist pathways.

As CFO of the Onebright Group, Colin is responsible for the strategic financial planning and financial governance across the group, supporting the Group CEO in developing and driving the group's business strategy and working with the Finance Directors, and other members of the leadership teams of the group's companies, to ensure successful delivery against business goals.
