Marianne Cordes
Chief Operating Officer, Prescriba
Marianne is Chief Operating Officer at Prescriba and leads the Counselling Centre, focusing on improved quality, performance, employee engagement and efficiency. She is responsible for operations and ensures therapists performing therapy with both high client satisfaction and high improvement scores in relation to client health.
She graduated with a Law Degree from University of Copenhagen in 1991 and got her first role as a leader, when she was 27 years old working in an insurance company with Product Liability Claims. Since then she has been working mostly in leadership positions in insurance or pension companies with responsibility for employees handling Liability, Personal Injury or Health claims.
Marianne also has experience working with The Danish Patients Council and The Danish Consumer Board, and from an IT-company company delivering solutions to the insurance business.
