As Finance Director for Psicon, Rob is responsible for driving all aspects of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and financial governance. He continues to deliver on robust financial planning and insight, and challenges in a fast paced, change driven growth environment.
Part of the senior leadership team, Rob supports the requirements of the business as it continues to flourish as the UK’s leading neurodevelopmental assessment provider.
Rob brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership within the private healthcare sector. A qualified Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) since 2004, Rob has a proven track record of delivering financial insight, strategic planning and operational efficiency.
